At CARFAST we provide all our clients, free of charge, vehicle pick-up and return services at Oporto Airport. How does it work?

  1. The client pre-books the vehicle, via website, email or telephone.
  2. CARFAST confirms the availability of the preferred vehicle and the reservation.
  3. At Oporto's Airport Meeting Point, at the arranged time, a properly identified and accredited CARFAST employee, conducts the contractual formalities and delivers the vehicle to the client.

At CARFAST we offer our clients the possibility of vehicle pick-up and return at the preferred address and time, without further costs. How does it work?

  1. The client pre-books the vehicle, via website, email or telephone.
  2. CARFAST confirms the availability of the preferred vehicle and the reservation.
  3. The client may require our pick-up and return service when booking the vehicle.
  4. The service will not have any additional costs as long as the pick-up/return location takes place within 40 km of the headquarters (Maia). If the pick-up/return location exceeds that distance, an additional fee will be charged (calculated according to the distance between the rental station and the pick-up/return location).

For your convenience, CARFAST's vehicles are equipped with electronic plates devices or Via Verde. While driving in Portugal, this service ensures a more convenient solution because it allows the driver to pay all fees due from passing through the electronic tolling systems in portuguese roads, highways and bridges. Passing through highways or former SCUT (A28, A4, A41, A42, A17, A25, A29, A22, A23 e A24) subjects the payment of a toll fee.

This service should be requested upon the vehicle's booking/pick-up and it implies the presentation of a valid credit card and an authorization in the "General Rental Conditions", an integral part of the contract. The due toll fees will be paid upon the vehicle's return. The uncollected toll fees will be charged in the client's credit card within 30 days of the vehicle's return, without any further costs.

 

 

FastGPS

Arrive at you destination faster and more comfortably! For your convenience CARFAST vehicles are equipped with GPS.

This service is free of charge and is available in all CARFAST vehicles, except in the A1, A2 and M1 groups.

For your comfort, CARFAST offers the possibility of returning the vehicle without having to refuel it.

This service implies additional fees.
